What kind of fabric are the iPhone 4 cases from zazzle.com that you customize yourself?

I just finished designing an iPhone 4 case on zazzle.com and I don't know if it is a soft silicone case or a hard case. Also, if the case has ridges, or whatever you call them, that somewhat protect the screen of the phone.
