When Breastfeeding Babies Get Teeth, Can You Feel It?

so my one year old is finally cutting several teeth at once. I thought I was starting to feel them when she is nursing. But she isn't biting me, she did that once around 7 months and I KNOW what that feels like. But my question is does it feel different once teeth erupt? thanks
