Explosion of pain in left side of uterus?

You could be going through early labor contractions. But then again it could be the baby kicking in a bad spot. The reason i say early labor is cause you said your lower back started hurting you could be going through back labor. But just to be on the safe side you should deffinetly go to the ER or talk to your OB/GYN.
