It doesn't look like a cold sore? Bad pimple or cloged pore?

about a month ago i waxed my upper lip and a little while later i got theses two skin colored bumps on my upper lip in the part that dips in. you could only see them if i stretch the skin though. they didnt itch or hurt or tingle, they just showed up. so i researched they prob were clogged pores, but they didnt get worse and were pretty small so i left them alone. recently i've caught a cold and was blowing my nose a lot so when i put Carmex on my nose and upper lip, i accidently put too much pressure on one of the bumps and it hurt really bad, like a needle puncturing my skin kind of. that night it went from being small to a big red bump that hurt. i put neutragena's on the spot acne stuff and that irritated it even more i think. so i kept putting carmex to soothe it, but it didnt make it better. it's def swollen from the irritation, so i put Proactive on it and now it has this huge white head on it but hurts a little less than before. i put liquid bandage on it afraid it may be a cold sore and i dont want it to spread. the thing is, it wouldnt have erupted like this if i had never had pressure on it from applying the carmex, so it didnt happen by itself. what is this??
