Is my filly considered a medicine hat paint?

I'm not sure if my pinto qualifies as a medicine hat since the dark marking over her ears extends down the crest of her neck, and fans out over her shoulders, back, and rump. But her face is completely white on both sides and under the throat. She also has two blue eyes, with flaxen mane and tail with no dark hairs mixed in.
