What are Christian - Muslim relations like in Lebanon?

I am not Christian, nor am I Muslim nor am I Lebanese but I am just curious....I remember a few years ago when the controversy erupted over the Danish cartoons, on the news they were showing that Muslim youths were going into Christian neighbourhoods looking for fights.
